FLEA TO BE OR NOT TO BE !!

Summer has arrived in full force and the heat gets unbearable at times but with it comes the rain and all the flowers start to bloom. Not only do the flowers flourish but our dear little friends, the fleas and ticks invade your pet’s coat and if they really get friendly, they spread their love around the house. These are guests we do not want to encourage to stay for too long!

Let’s review the life cycle of the flea and how we can nip it in the bud.

The female flea lays eggs once she has helped herself to the blood of your dear pet, and can lay up to 40 eggs a day – what if there is more than one Female? Fleas will hop on and off your pet like they are having a ride on a merry-go-round.

YIKES!!!!

The scratching will start and get worse and worse and will drive you round the bend so we need to STOP the cycle in its tracks – so what do we do?
